Amanda Schaumburg M.S. CCC-SLP
Author & Speech Language Pathologist
I have a passion for writing children’s books that spark imagination and promote literacy and communication.

I am also a pediatric speech language pathologist:
I have experience in the school systems, ECI programs (early intervention birth-3yrs), and outpatient clinics. I have also worked PRN in nursing homes to keep up my medical skills! I primarily work in schools (pre-k through 12th grade). I absolutely love my job and feel so lucky to have the opportunity to work with families to help their child communicate. I currently run a private practice where I provide contract services to schools, public speaking engagements, tele-therapy services, and professional consultation services.

My mission with this site is to give speech language pathologists, teachers, and parents valuable tips and resources to encourage carry over of speech and language skills into the classroom, home, and community!
Check out my FREEBIES tab for some downloadable resources!
Check out my interactive books and speech therapy resources under the "Shop Panda Speech" tab. I also have a line of Lift a Flap Board Books available under the "NEW Board Books" tab. My hope is that my original materials and books will help busy SLPs and educators build a library of effective materials! My children's books also are great to use at home with young children and make great gifts!
